Why
Jiu Jitsu?
"The answer for me is to ensure that every day I walk onto the mats and train I get to challenge myself. To commit to something and make it work. To realise my weakness, and my strengths and to work on them regularly.
To ensure that those around me get to test themselves physically and mentally, in an environment that encourages growth and supports trial and error. Behan Jiu Jitsu supports people to achieve their goals no matter how small or ambitious they are.
Jiu Jitsu has made significant changes in my life, in how I deal with every day situations and challenges and helped me feel more grounded and in control.
In the end it's because when people step on my mats, we all unite and align to the same path. We are all on the same path to better ourselves!"
